Shoulder Support Sizing Guide
Step 1: Measure chest circumference just below the armpit and across the lower part of the ribcage. Men should measure the circumference around the fullest part of the breast and women should measure the ribcage underneath the breasts. This is the Chest Measurement you will need for some shoulder supports.
Step 2: Keep your arm relaxed and measure the circumference at the fullest part of your biceps or upper arm.
Step 3: Use the measurement above and refer to the size guide below to find the right shoulder support for you.
Note: Many shoulder support products are designed to be ambidextrous (suitable for use on the left or right shoulders) and have adjustable straps for universal sizing. Products with telescopic sleeves are suitable for any forearm length.
