Ankle Brace Sizing Guide
Step 1: Place the end of your tap measure at the ankle bone (malleolus). Measure five centimeters or two inches up your leg. Mark the point.
Step 2: Place the end of the tape measure at the 5 cm mark and measure the Circumference of your ankle, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. This is the narrowest part of your ankle.
Step 3: Using the measurement of your Circumference based on the steps above, consult the grid below to find the ankle brace best suited for you.
