Shipping and Handling

We offer overnight shipping on eligible orders upon request. Shipping and handling option rates are available upon checkout. We use the published rates of UPS to determine the amount that will be charged for the shipping You may face additional charges from the carrier if the items are not deemed freight. These charges include: handling, insurance, Saturday delivery, hazardous material fees, and residential delivery. Adult signature is required. Discounts will not apply to handling or freight charges.

Hazardous Materials

Any hazardous materials that are shipped are in compliance with state, federal, and international regulations. An employee certified in U.S. domestic dangerous goods regulations #49CFR and IATA international shipping regulations will monitor the hazardous materials. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped overnight. We are unable to accept return shipments of any hazardous materials that are not in total compliance with all of the applicable regulations. Returned Goods-Warranty Products

In order to receive a Return Authorization number, please call customer service at 212-330-7656. Please prepare the reason for return, invoice number, and the date of purchase. Once you receive an RA number, we will mail you a special label that you will need to use. This label is for the return of the product and will expire 30 days from the day you received it. Once we have evaluated the products, we will credit your account. We will issue a new invoice for the product you are having replaced. However, if the manufacturer doesn’t accept the item for warranty coverage, the credit may be reduced or reversed by assessed fees from the manufacturer. If you return an item without a return authorization number, it will be shipped back to you.

Returned Goods-Non-Warranty Products

To receive a RA number, please call our customer service at 212-330-7656. You will need to prepare the reason for return, the invoice number, as well as the date of purchase. Once we have inspected the items, we will post credit to your account. We will also issue a new invoice for any replacement products. We will not accept any returns if the product is kept longer than 30 days from the date on your invoice. If your item qualifies for a return, you may be subject to a restocking fee. However, we will not charge you if items are shipped to you in error. All returned items will need to be in pristine or original condition, as well as in their original packaging. Items that are on clearance, on sale, discontinued, altered, or custom ordered cannot be returned. If you return products without a return authorization number, we will send it back to you.
