Which item should I purchase?

We offer easy to use categories that can help you find the best products for you. We make sure to include information-packed descriptions on each product to ensure you know exactly what to expect. To make sure you are getting the right product, we ask that you speak to a medical professional to see what will work best for you and your needs.

Where is the Size Chart located?

We keep the Size Chart on the same page as the item you are looking at, usually under the price. You will want to click the button that says “What is my size?”. We included graphics to help give you an idea of the size of the product.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer convenient international shipping services. Shipping times are delayed at around 3 to 5 days depending on your location. We also do not include custom fees in the shipping charges. You will be responsible for these fees once the item arrives.

What do I do if the item does not fit?

We have convenient and hassle free returns and exchanges on all of our products. Even though we do have sizing charts, we understand that it can be difficult to accurately judge the proper size. We are unable to guarantee that every single brace we offer will fit you perfectly, as everyone has a different body shape and size.

What is the Return Policy?

Generally, we will accept all products if they are in good condition. We will refund you the price of the item but not the shipping fees for returning the item. If you want to return a product, please do it within 45 days of its arrival to you. We may not credit your account if you return a product past 45 days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship all of our products using either UPS or the US Postal Service.

How can I delete items from my Shopping Cart?

In order to delete a product from your shopping cart, you will need to change the quantity of items to 0.

How can I receive an estimate on shipping?

In order to receive an estimate on shipping costs, you will need to add the items you want into your shopping cart. From there, you are able to calculate the shipping fees.

When will my items arrive?

We include the estimated date of arrival on all of our items. These estimates are usually accurate ;however, in rare situations, there could be delays because of weather or other serious circumstances. All estimates are based on business days and do not include Saturday or Sunday.

How do I add an item once I have already placed an order?

You will have to cancel the order to create a new order for the other item.

You are able to track your order at either the end of the day or the following business day. Tracking numbers are activated once scanned by the carrier.

How can I cancel my order?

The most effective way to cancel an order is to submit a contact form that contains your request to cancel your order, your order number, and your name. You can also call us at 212-330-7656. If we are unable to take your call, please leave the same information and number that we can use to contact you.

I do not see all of the products on my shipping confirmation. What should I do?

This is a normal occurrence because depending on the location of the product or the quantities we have in stock, your order may be shipped out from different locations. However, we try our best to reduce the time your products arrive. If you notice some items missing from your shipping confirmation, please be patient as we will email you as the rest of your items are shipped out.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will process the return within one week of receiving the items. We will email you the confirmation that your account has been credited. Sometimes, this email may appear in your spam folder, so be sure to check this.

I received multiple emails. Did I duplicate my order?

If the order numbers in all of the emails are the same, then that means you have only placed one order. However, if the order numbers are different, then please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the extra or duplicate order.

I do not want to get promotional emails. What can I do?

New Era Braces hates spam just as much as you do. We only send you emails for the following reasons:
